SHIPPING
Items are produced and hand printed in small batches. Most orders will be shipped within three-five business days after order is place, however some items are made to order and may take up to ten business days to ship. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email including tracking information. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. Items may be held at your local post office for duty and tax collection.
missing packages
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost in the mail and cannot issue a refund after your order is shipped.
CUSTOm orders & pulls
Please email contact@annabolinaofficial.com for any custom order inquires. For all custom orders, payment must be made upfront.

For any loans or pulls outside of New York City, a pre-paid shipping label and scheduled pick up is required. All damages to any garments will be charged to the borrower. Please email all information regarding your shoot including which pieces you are interested in to contact@annabolinaofficial.com.
RETURNS
If your order arrives and you would like to return it for any reason, please email contact@annabolinaofficial.com. Please note that items are hand-produced and printing may vary. During sales, products are not eligible for refunds unless item is damaged. However, you may trade for a different product. Orders with custom sizing are not eligible for a refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONs
